This type of bearing is separated bearing, can be installed separately shaft ring, seat ring and cage assembly, can withstand large double axial load, can not bear radial load, mainly used in rolling mill roll axial positioning. Relative to other positioning bearings, bearing the same axial load, the smallest size. The limit speed is low compared with the ball bearing.
To facilitate the installation, the shaft ring of this type of bearings and rolls using clearance fit must use the axial retaining ring to make axial positioning of the shaft ring; its axial positioning accuracy and rigidity directly affect the bearing effect.
